If you experience an issue with your Wipe Once order, please contact us so we can assist you.

The Housemate: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to The Housemate cleaning cloth.

If The Housemate does not perform as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund under this guarantee. Contact us before returning the cloth so we can provide return instructions.

This guarantee does not apply to any other Wipe Once products, including cleaning gloves and mitts.

This voluntary guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and does not limit your entitlement to a remedy for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

How to Request a Return

Email Hello@wipeonce.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • The product you’re contacting us about
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Photos of any damage or fault, where possible

We’ll review your request and explain the next steps.

Refunds

Returns must be approved by us before any items are sent back. Once an authorised return has been received and assessed, we’ll confirm the outcome by email.

Any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If any Wipe Once product, including our cleaning gloves and mitts, is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us. We’ll arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

For a confirmed faulty product, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Care instructions

Caring for Your Microfibre

Keep your Wipe Once cloths performing at their best with a little simple care.

  • Machine wash with a mild liquid detergent that contains no bleach or fabric softener.
  • Wash separately from cotton, towels and other fabrics that shed lint. For best results, wash your microfibre cloths in their own load.
  • Avoid chlorine bleach, which can damage the fibres and reduce their ability to collect dust and dirt.
  • Skip fabric softeners, as they coat and clog the fibres, reducing their effectiveness.
  • Tumble dry on low heat only.

A little care goes a long way towards keeping your cloths ready for the next clean.
